The summary for 2024 seems to be impressive. Here are some of the events:
– The runners who participated in this year’s ‘Running with Shipping’ events ran a total of 16,000 kilometres, totalling 23 million steps. Millions of steps were also taken by the service team for the final of The Tall Ships Races – a total of 3 million;
– The millionth Visit Szczecin post on Instagram encouraging tourists to visit the West Pomeranian capital;
– Szczecin’s Bud-Gryf & Home fair is already a brand. Over three days, the stands of 100 exhibitors were visited by 7,800 people;
– The industry conference Energy of the City of Szczecin, attended by 150 representatives of local authorities. At the same time, the Easter Fair took place in Aleja Kwiatowa, where visitors could buy Easter palms and colourful Easter eggs;
– Szczecin’s boulevards have traditionally welcomed whole families with children during the Boulevard or Juwenalia;
– The biggest crowds were attracted by the final of The Tall Ships Races regatta. For the fourth time the scenery along the Oder was filled with masts of ships and thousands of visitors;
– The occupancy rate at the yacht harbour on Grodzka Island this season was over 88%. Among the visitors were not only Polish flags, but also, among others, German, Danish, American, Dutch, British, Belgian, French and Swedish;
– Netto Arena is a place where we have fun and healthy competition all year round.
